We offer a 100-day trial period for all luggage. If you don't love it, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that personalized items are final sale.
Do your suitcases come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage is built to last. We offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited and rush shipping options are available at checkout.
Are the batteries in your luggage removable?
Absolutely. All Away luggage with built-in batteries features a TSA-approved ejectable battery that can be easily removed for charging or when checking your bag.
How do I clean my Away luggage?
For hard-shell suitcases, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For nylon bags, spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry.
